The Omega 2010 & 3010 inspection slitting and rewinding machines are suited for the pharmaceutical and security labelling markets.
They are suitable for web widths of 330mm & 410mm and guarantee the customer 100% accuracy on all applications through using the fleyevision inspection system.
Both widths inspect printface control as standard. Other options include barcode OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and braille inspection.
The Omega 2010 & 3010 from A B Graphic International detects each defect and then re-inspects the defect to ensure 100% error free web. This is vital for the pharmaceutical industry and other high security applications.
AB Graphic International also offer other options: inkjet barcodes; sell by dates and sequential numbering to the print face or the liner of the web.
The Omega 3010 has an additional ability to inspect, rewind, inkjet printing and slit booklet labels.
