DIGICON 3000
Increasing demand for shorter run lengths, reduced lead times and growing SKU diversity in labels and flexible packaging has created growing demand for digital print solutions. The Digicon 3000 has been developed to meet this demand and to provide both inline and offline finishing for digitally printed webs.
The Digicon 3000 complements any 30″ wide digital press installation by enabling additional finishing steps to be completed efficiently and cost effectively. This highly versatile finishing line can be configured with a wide range of options for self-adhesive labels as well a range of lamination and decoration options for flexible packaging.
To complement the digital workflow, the Digicon 3000 benefits from a number of automation features, including: auto-synchronisation of the print and die cutting with the digital print; auto load/unload of dies; and auto set up of the slitting blades.
